Lily Durden is a fourth-year Foreign Affairs major from Charlottesville, VA. She joined Model UN in her first year of college and has been passionate about it ever since! This will be Lily’s fourth time chairing a committee, and she is looking forward to hearing everyone's opinions and ideas. Outside of IRO, she enjoys baking, reading, and hanging with friends. She is so excited to chair and to meet all of the delegates!

Naiessha Kaur Nayyar is a third year studying aerospace engineering from Mumbai, India. She has worked on multiple NASA-sponsored initiatives and projects, and engages in the upliftment of women and children in rural areas via space tech. With over seven years of Model UN experience, she has chaired multiple committees, including AdHoc at VICS, and serves on the Echols and Rodman Scholars’ Councils. A social butterfly at heart, Naiessha is always up for a debate on Inception vs. Interstellar or yap about Bollywood music—preferably over a cup of chai.
