United Nations Security Council (UNSC)

The United Nations Security Council is the committee of the UN that "has primary responsibility for the maintenance of international peace and security." With this in mind, our meeting will focus on the issue of the Myanmar humanitarian crisis. This crisis stems from the persecution of the Rohingya people in Myanmar. The violence against these people has caused a humanitarian and refugee crisis that needs to be addressed through the help of the international community.
