JCC: Romance of the Three Kingdoms— Shu

The Han Dynasty's golden age has come to an end. China is in turmoil and entrenched in civil war. The formerly united country is now divided into three states, led by warlords striving for power. As a fledgling power, Shu must combat the strategic Wu and ever cunning Wei states. To the founders of Shu, the state is the legitimate successor to the Han Dynasty and will do everything in their power to continue its legacy. While having talented military tacticians and engineers who have the potential to change the tide of war, Shu has a noticeably smaller population than its rival states. With its courage and determination, can Shu conquer the other states and unify China?

Once upon a time, four years ago, a young delegate from Woodbridge, Virginia attended VAMUN XXXIV. That former delegate is thrilled to be your Crisis Director for her final VAMUN! One thing about Khrissa hasn't changed since then: VAMUN is her favorite time of the year. She is ecstatic to make this committee the best one she has crisis directed for so far. For years, Khrissa has been dreaming of participating in a Three Kingdoms committee, and she is excited to direct this exciting simulation for all of you. Outside of MUN and IRO, Khrissa is an Economics and Foreign Affairs major who enjoys gardening, weekly Kung Fu Tea, and graphing economic models in her free time. As a fourth year, she has long become accustomed to existential crises, so being a Crisis Director comes naturally to her!
