Matt Scheffel is a 3rd year from Baltimore, Maryland studying Economics and Spanish. This is his 2nd year in a row chairing for VAMUN, and 3rd year of involvement with UVA’s International Relations Organization. He has also served as a Crisis Director for VICS, UVA’s college conference, and attended JHUMUNC in high school as a delegate. Outside of Model UN, Matt is involved in UVA’s Club Running team, working at a restaurant on the Corner, and can be found passionately cheering for UVA’s Wrestling team at Mem Gym. Matt is looking forward to a great weekend of vigorous debate and exciting resolutions for the security of our country!

Andrew McCullough is a third year from Richmond, Virginia majoring in Computer Science.Throughout high school and college, he’s served as a staffer, a chair, and a crisis director for both Model UN and Model Congress conferences. Outside of everything beginning with “Model,” he runs on the club track and cross country team and is in Air Force ROTC. He enjoys coding, reading research and policy articles, watching movies (always on the lookout for an interesting recommendation), and spending time with his dog, Kali.
